Umm guys???
Ok i have 6- 1 gal bags of frozen roma tomatoes with their tops cut off. Bill wants to make diced tomatoes and can them. How do I go about doing this? Is it any different from canning whole tomatoes?

Yes, you should be able to can them the same as you would whole tomatoes. Keep in mind though... after being frozen and then diced and canned, you may end up with something more like a thin chunky tomato sauce.
