So the termite inspection came back there was evidence of termite, from a stump left near the house. 2 brand new runs and no structural damage it looks like they were just getting to the house. Seller is paying for treatment, hopefully removing stump lol. So now its just the appraisal to do. I worked until 2am today then go back in and work 1:30pm to midnight. I will keep you updated.

You could always have rabbits? (smiling). Maybe check out zoning to have 3 "pet" hens in a chicken tractor? Big gardens to play in will still bring happiness for your green path.
